Before purchase:
- Customers are informed about the region and property portfolio suitable
to customer’s requirements
- Flight information is provided upon request
- Assitance is provided in hotel reservations upon request
- Pick up service from airport is provided upon request
During purchase:
- Full information is provided regarding the area, purchasing procedures
and potential properties can be seen.
- Procedures such as: lawyer (upon request), opening a bank account,
translator services, preparation of all necessary paperwork for applying to
a title deed etc. is provided.
After purchase:
- Assistance is provided with registration of utilities (water and
electric meters, telephone line, solar system, etc)
- Best shopping opportunities for furniture and electrical goods are
recommended.
- Helping with the application for a residence permit (including
translation and assistance at the Department of Foreign Affairs)
- Assistance is provided regarding property insurance
- Help at the notary public’s office (with official translator) to
obtain official Turkish will for the property
Besides the standard after-sales service, we offer our customers a membership option for Property Care.
While our customers are away;
- We pay all the bills,
- We make routine security checks of the property,
- We pay the taxes,
- We deal with the relevant companies for insurance, maintenance,
engineering etc.
Furthermore;
- We arrange airport transfers, (additional fee)
- We arrange a cleaning service (additional fee)
