According to the statistics declared by the Alanya Title Deed Office, in the first 6 months of 2013, the number of the properties sold was 2.433, whereas in the first 6 months of 2014, 2. 642 holiday apartments were sold. The title Deed Office Chief, Osman Eroglu have stated that the interest has been gradually increasing, and the majority of the buyers are from Norway and Russia, lately. He concluded “In Turkey, every 3 of 5 foreigners bought their holiday properties from Alanya, according to the statistics”
